Every change is an opportunity
Change can be seen as good or bad depending on the individual and the circumstances. The one thing that is certain is that in a lifetime change is something we all face. Change is a normal part of life yet at the time we face it can feel anything but normal. Change becomes an opportunity when we realise that each change brings new choices and we can take control by working with the choices it brings.
All of us face change during our lives. As a mentor, together with my professional experience, I bring my own personal experience of having faced changes including redundancy and losing my home. Indeed it was my last redundancy which led to my setting up my two companies, JMK Mentors Limited and Indie Shaman Limited.
